1. Open a listing search
2. Enter your target area and apply relevant filters such as budget, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and property type. 
3. After refining your search criteria, click on "Save Search."
4. Set up an account with your email and phone number.
5. Name your search for easy reference.
6. To set the alert to be immediate, navigate to your profile in the top right corner.
7. Click on "My Searches" or your initial at the top, 
8. Click on  "Searches."
9. Locate your property alert
10. Click on the drop-down menu on the right and choose "Instant."

That's it! Now, as soon as a house meeting your specified criteria comes on the market, you'll receive immediate alerts.
